DANCE:

AfroDance

is for everyone interested in African dance. This class will give you workout, which strengthens your body and mind. Even if you've never danced before, you will develop and get in touch with your own sense of rhythm and movement. Classes are accompanied by live drumming! ALL LEVELS WELCOMED!

YOGA:

Astanga Yoga

is a flowing dynamic form of yoga, which makes you more flexible and gives you better strength. The class starts with breathing exercise followed by sun salutations, which prepares your body and mind for the series of postures executed standing and sitting. The class finishes with meditative relaxation. You will practise yoga by following your own breathing and listening to the instructions given by the teacher. There are three different levels to choose: Astanga Easy for beginners, Astanga Basic for intermadiate and Astanga Mysore for advanced students.

Astanga Easy

is for the beginners with no yoga background. You will learn the basics of astanga yoga such as breathing technique, meditation and series of postures, which makes your body flexible and strong. Class includes sun salutation A, part of the standing asanas and finishing asanas and led relaxation at the end. IDEAL FOR BEGINNERS!

Astanga Basic

is for those with previous knowledge in astanga yoga. You will learn to listen and appreciate your own body and mind. This class consists of led practice of sun salutations A & B, standing and finishing asanas of the primary series and led relaxation. Before beginning this level, it is recommended to attend the Basic-course. INTERMEDIATE LEVEL!

Astanga Mysore

is suitable for persons who already know the basics of astanga yoga, and are interested in learning the practise according to their own pace. You will practise yoga by following your own breathing. With the instructor’s help you build up your own personal practice by working gradually into the positions following your personal needs to get in contact with your body and soul. Before beginning this level, it is recommended to attend the Mysore-course. ADVANCED LEVEL!

SenseYoga

explores the body’s energies. Deep and long held postures and pranayama breathing exercises will help you to balance your body and mind. SenseYoga is also conscious relaxation through breath awareness. This class has relaxing sounds and the room is candlelit. ALL LEVELS WELCOMED!

FOR CHILDREN:

YogaDance Kids

classes align the young and creative minds with fun and powerful yoga techniques to focus the mind and build co-ordination. Basic yoga poses are learned in a playful way to maintain children’s natural flexibility. This class finishes with peaceful meditation. SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN BETWEEN 5-10 YEARS.
